A Calming Bedtime Balm Ritual
Sleep Tight is our calming bedtime balm, made to be the last small ritual of your day. Built on a base of sunflower oil and beeswax, it’s layered with lavender, valerian root, geranium, and vetiver — ingredients long used in aromatherapy to support a sense of relaxation before sleep.
How to Use Your Calming Bedtime Balm
Warm a small amount between your fingertips and apply just below the nose (avoiding direct eye and nostril contact), or massage onto your wrists, neck, or temples, as the final step in your nighttime routine. The scent unfolds slowly as the balm warms against your skin — a small, repeatable cue that the day is done.
The Ingredients Behind the Blend
Lavender and geranium have a long-standing use in calming aromatherapy blends. Valerian root adds a deep, grounding scent and a traditional role in bedtime rituals. Vetiver rounds it out with an earthy, smoky base note.

I bought this in store 2 days ago. I’ve used it ever since rather than taking my anxiety medicine. I run it on my temples and earlobes and within minutes I start to feel calmer. It may not produce the same effects for someone with more anxiety than myself but for me it does the trick and I don’t have to worry about taking UNNATURAL medications!
